- Labour rights and standards, including non-discrimination, safety and health standards, working hours, and acceptable living conditions (for foreign workers)

- Environmental management issues, including climate change and emissions, energy use, water use, biodiversity impacts, pollution management, waste management and reduction, resource use and integrated supply chain management

- Business ethics and integrity matters, such as anti-bribery & corruption matters
